The Choice for Maximum Output
The ZPS® GS1200 is a workhorse for high-volume, 24/7 operation. It offers a 1000 kN pre and main compression capability, 20 RPM press speed capability, and a maximum output of 33,600 Double layer tablets per hour.
Filling System
Available with a two- or three-chamber variable speed forced feeder, or a gravity feeder, the ZPS®GS1200 offers an extended feeder length to maximize filling time. The closed bi-layer feeder seal design ensures a superior production yield and a clean compression zone for maximum batch run time.
